인권헌장

한국수산자원공단 인권 헌장

우리는 국내유일의 수산자원조성 전문 공공기관으로서 국민행복과 인류사회 번영을 위해 사람을 최우선 한다는 원칙을 세우고 모든 경영활동 과정에서 임직원, 고객, 협력업체, 지역사회 등 모든 이해관계자의 인권을 보호할 것을 약속한다.

이를 위해 우리는 인권에 대한 국제기준 및 규범을 지지하며, 모든 임직원이 준수해야 할 올바른 행동과 가치 판단의 기준으로써 다음과 같이 “인권 헌장”을 선포하고 인권경영(사업)의 정착과 확산을 위한 실천을 다짐한다.

하나, 우리는 인권, 노동, 환경, 반부패 등의 가치를 지향하는 국제기준 및 규범을 존중하고 지지한다.

하나, 우리는 임직원을 포함한 모든 이해관계자에 대하여 인종, 종교, 장애, 성별, 출생지, 정치적 견해 등을 이유로 차별하지 않는다.

하나, 우리는 근로자의 인권보호와 증진을 위해 결사 및 단체교섭의 자유를 보장한다.

하나, 우리는 어떠한 형태의 강제노동과 아동노동을 허용하지 않는다.

하나, 우리는 안전하고 위생적인 작업환경을 조성하여 산업안전 및 건강권을 보장한다.

하나, 우리는 협력업체와 상생발전하기 위해 노력하며, 인권경영(사업)을 실천하도록 지원하고 협력한다.

하나, 우리는 사업 활동 관련 지역에서 지역주민의 인권을 존중하고 보장한다.

하나, 우리는 국내외 환경 관련 법규를 준수하고, 환경보호와 재해예방을 위해 노력한다.

하나, 우리는 경영 및 사업 활동에 있어서 국민의 안전에 위해가 되지 않도록 노력하고, 업무상 수집한 개인정보를 보호하며 소비자의 정보 접근권을 보장한다.

하나, 우리는 경영 및 사업 활동 과정에서 발생하는 인권침해에 대해 신속하고 적절한 구제조치를 제공한다.

Human Rights Charter of FIRA

Whereas Korea Fisheries Resources Agency(hereafter FIRA) have pledged to happiness of citizen and prosperity of mankind as a global leading organization specialized in fisheries resources,

Whereas FIRA affirms to protect human rights of everyone concerned, including its employees, customers, partner companies, and local community,

Whereas FIRA shall respect international standards and norms on human rights, Now, Therefore FIRA proclaims “Human Rights Charter of FIRA” as a standard of righteous behavior and value judgment that every individual in FIRA should observe.

One, we shall respect international standards and norms that promote human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption;

One, we shall not discriminate against any stakeholders, including our own officers and employees, based on race, religion, physical impediment, gender, birthplace, age or political opinion;

One, we shall guarantee freedom of our employees to organize and engage in collective bargaining for the protection of human rights;

One, we shall not allow any form of forced or child labor;

One, we shall improve industrial safety and health by creating a safe and sanitary working environment;.

One, we shall treat our suppliers fairly and cooperate with them in practicing human rights management;

One, we shall respect and ensure the human rights of local residents in areas where we do business;

One, we shall comply with environmental laws and regulations at home and abroad, and endeavor to protect the environment and disaster prevention;

One, we shall strive to avoid harm to the safety of the public in our business, protect the personal information we collect in our business, and ensure consumer access to information;

One, we shall provide prompt and appropriate remedies for human rights violations arising from our management and business activities.
